We are particularly proud of this recognition for many reasons. One, the Best of Denton County is open for nominations and voting from any of its one million residents. Aside from our proud universities and music scene, this area, at the northern apex of the DFW, thrives as a vibrant mix of successful companies including healthcare, technology, and manufacturing. This all results in a very competitive process for the Best of Denton County. The designation is a true honor.
Two, we are both humbled and inspired to have been voted the best for both the home health and the hospice categories. Finally, three, we are elated to have been named best in both those categories for the second year in a row.
While being headquartered in Lewisville, TX made Aspen Healthcare Services eligible for this award, in fact, we are a community-based healthcare provider with more than 200 caring professionals serving all of the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Our services include private-duty aides, private-duty nursing, Medicare-certified home health, hospice, and veteran-centered home care. This encompasses respiratory therapy, physical, speech, and occupational therapy, and more. Aspen Healthcare Services additionally plans to offer palliative care before the end of 2023.
These nearly three decades of providing healthcare in the homes of the DFW have been amazing. We have grown so steadily that Inc. Magazine listed Aspen Healthcare Services in the Inc. 500, ranked number 150 for companies to watch. All of this is the product of respectful, caring relationships within our own administration and staff, between Aspen and the DFW, and between us and our patients and families. We are so thankful to our talented staff, to Denton County for this recognition, and to the DFW for more than a quarter century of trusting us in patients’ homes. Thank you.
